Terms of Service

Welcome to The Picture Framing Group. By using our website or ordering custom framing services at our retail locations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom Orders

Each custom frame is handcrafted to the precise dimensions and specifications chosen during your consultation. Because custom orders require custom cut lumber, glazing, and matting, all custom orders are final once production begins.

2. Artwork Handling and Liability

We treat every piece of art, photo, and memorabilia with the highest level of professional care. In the rare event of damage, our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the raw materials, unless additional insurance coverage is explicitly arranged in writing prior to framing.

3. Unclaimed Orders

Framed pieces must be picked up within 90 days of notification. Orders unclaimed after 90 days may be subject to monthly storage fees, or eventually liquidated to recover material and labor costs.

4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in Chicago, Illinois.
